Khet: Laser Chess:

It's the game that combines lasers with classic strategy. Players alternate turns moving Egyptian-themed pieces having two, one or no mirrored surfaces. All four types of pieces (pharaoh, obelisk, pyramid and djed column) can either move one square forward, back, left, right, or diagonal, or can stay in the same square and rotate by a quarter twist. Each turn ends by firing one of the lasers built into the board. The laser beam bounces from mirror to mirror; if the beam strikes a non-mirrored surface on any piece, it is immediately removed from play. The ultimate goal is to illuminate your opponent's pharaoh, while shielding yours from harm!

3D Tower of Kadesh:

Take the strategy to a whole new level with Khet 3D: Tower of Kadesh. The tower contains four mirrored portals that transport the laser beam up to the second level creating a true, three dimensional playing field. The simple rules of Khet remain unchanged with pieces still only rotating one quarter turn or moving one square in any direction. However, now pieces can also move one square up or down when positioned on or underneath the Tower of Kadesh. The tower itself adds an additional exciting twist since it can also be moved one square or one rotation on a player's turn for more mind bending strategy.

Eye of Horus Beamsplitters:

After you have begun to master the game with one laser, can you up the ante and handle three? The Eye of Horus beamsplitter piece splits one laser beam into two when hit by reflecting half of the beam and transmitting the other half right through for twice the strategy and excitement! With both pieces in play, the beam can be split twice blasting three lasers around the field with one push of the button! Each expansion pack includes two Eye of Horus Beamsplitter pieces, one silver and one red, and a full color booklet including brand new starting setups and scientific explanations.
